These days, consumers are becoming more and more concerned about making healthier food choices. Often, they are inundated with conflicting information and are skeptical of nutrition claims on food packages. In fact, according to a recent survey of more than 1,500 moms, 36% said they are cautious about the claims made on packaging and as many as 41% said not having the time to read all labels in the store is a challenge they face when trying to make informed food choices. So how can you find nutritious foods on your supermarket shelves?
