best burger win. >> whoo-hoo! >> i am over here now. we are kicking things off now with harvey’s wineburger in PHOENIX ON 16th STREET. i am interviewing monty and this is patty and that’s richard over there. i know you don’t have microphones, but thanks for supporting us. the wineburger, for years i have heard. what is a wineburger besides wine goes in it? >> it’s a burger, we cook it, grill it on one side, flip it over and put wine into it. drink some of the wine if you want. >> really? >> can do that anymore. >> how did this come to be and how long have you been in the area? >> this restaurant has been owned by the same family since 1974. the building was opened in ’54. that’s it. >> okay. this is the burger you’re going to be submitting to the judges? >> yep. >> looks to me like a pretty basic burger. you’re saying the secret is in the meat? >> in the seasoning and meat and wine. >> o
