fajita republic. happy new year. >> how was everything? >> it was wonderful, now it’s back in the saddle, which is a good thing. it’s nice to get back to a routine and things like that. we’re really excited because actually we pushed the december big night out to january. december is a tough time for people. we get that. so our next big night out is coming up at the very end of the month, january 31, at paolo’s wonderful restaurant, getting rave reviews, called fajita republic. this is not your ordinary mexican restaurant. you are quite a bit different. how so? >> well, we are not a tex-mex restaurant. it’s a really authentic, mexican fine cuisine. it’s different menu, so different plates that downtown see in the regular mexican restaurants. >> things like fish tacos, and, well, one of the things we’re going to serve is this shrimp appetizer. people think mexican food, they automatically
