i’m going to show you how to do a grilled shrimp cocktail. i have a quarter cup of olive oil, i’ve got some fresh lemon juice, and these are nice and — i can tell they’re nice and — they will esqueeze easy, the juice will get out of them easy. throw them in the microwave for ten seconds. this is just a marinade, no big deal. quarter culture. so i’m going — quarter cup. so i’m going to do — that was a really juicy lemon. i think we’re good there. all right. little bit of kosher salt, a little bit of black pepper. some garlic. the recipe calls for 2 cloves. these were little guys, so 4 or 5. i’m going to give them a rough chop, again, it’s a marinade. we’re not going to be eating this so we don’t have to finely dice it up. so get some great garlic flavor in the shrimp. have you ever had shrimp cocktail and it was just okay? just okay. you know. shrimp didn’t have a lot of flavor. this
