off the beaten path and in a location that’s out of the ordinary. they are convinced that if you just try their southern bar-b- que you will keep coming back for more. >> growing up in south carolina it’s a bar-b-que area. in that particular area it’s pork bar-b-que and the sauce is a mustard sauce. but i tend to head more toward the traditional bar-b-que sauce. we can easily tell the people’s first time here. because they just stair. but it’s a challenge, and that sense of discovery people have after that. so they discover there is good food. there’s a local market, you can get your car wash attthe same time, get gas and when you really think about it you can take care of at least three things in a day. if you go to three different places you may have spent three hours doing that. lunch, get gas, get a car wash and you can take care of that in a few minutes. everything is local as fresh
