Get Cooking: Fuji Apple & Butternut Squash Strudel With Carm

academy in downtown indianapolis. joining us is the executive chef with the skyline club. scott frankenberger, welcome. >> thank you. >> we’ll make an apple and but per nut squash apple strudel with a sauce today. >> terrific. >> what we’re going to do with the squash is put it in a bowl, add a little bit of brown sugar. >> you’re using light brown sugar. >> yes, i am. >> does it matter if it’s light or dark? >> i’d start off with the light. i’ve added cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves. just sprinkle a little bit of this on here. then we’re going — a little bit of butter that’s already been melted, take a little bit of that. just right on there. not a whole lot. just a little bit on there. take that. we’re going to toss this all together then. put that in the oven. the butternut squash will probably take twice as long as the apples will, focus on putting that in first, tackle at les, then, and w
