Local food truck makes its debut at the State Fair
their location can make or break profits. we took a tour of a popular little rock food truck today — making its debut at the fair this year. natsvo : “We toss them just like that.” chunda owens owns “christians take out two.” Chunda Owens/Fair Vendor : “I have homestyle, I have lemon pepper, honey mustard, hot and barbeque.” you can usually find her food truck in downtown little rock — but this week — she’s at the state fair for the first time serviing up wings — and catfish from dumas. Chunda Owens : “I’ve always been a participant, I come out and I’m standing in all these lines. And it’s just kind of like surreal sitting here and people coming here to my truck wanting to eat some of my food.” her food gained popularity at the food truck fest — forcing her to buy this new fryer for the fair. natsvo : “Put some extra sauce on there.” THE ONLY complaint she has so far — being a newb
