Flying Fish Ingredients: 6-ounce portion of tilapia 1 ounce olive oil mixture with garlic 1 teaspoon salt & pepper mixed 3 crispy taco shells 3 ounces. cole slaw 3 ounces Pico de gallo 2 ounces papous dressing 8 ounces. borracho beans 8 ounces white rice 1 ounce sliced green onions 2 lemon wedges Procedure: Grill tilapia and brush with garlic oil mixture. Brush both sides and cook until done. Sprinkle with salt and pepper mix. Remove tilapia from grill and cut into three equal pieces. Place three taco shells on a plate, and fill each with the grilled tilapia. Add two ounces of papous dressing equally over the three portions of tilapia. Add cole slaw evenly over each taco and top with pico de gallo. Serve with rice and beans, and top the beans with sliced green onions. Add two lemon wedges on the side and enjoy!
