Feb. 13 – Salmon Wellington

2/13/11 – Salmon fillets and herbed mushrooms baked to a golden brown in a flaky pastry and served with hollandaise.
>>on the menu this morning… salmon wellington. salmon fillets and herbed mushrooms baked to a golden brown in a flaky pastry and served with hollandaise. > > my wife and i always cook together with all little music. we will take this copper river salmon from alaska. i put my seasoning on here as well as some mustard on this. i like the honey mustard but you could use a spicy mustard or you could even skip that part if you want. i sauteed these mushrooms for about 10 minutes to get them nice and soft and of little bit brown. i am adding some onion and garlic. we will take our salmon which has no skin on it and put it on top. we will fold this all up and stretched to dough as you need to. we will flip this over and this will then go on to a baking sheet preferably parchment paper. i just make a little bit of a decoration on top. now we will put some water on here which thins it out. let
