Fall squash soups for those cold days to warm up
>>> we’re celebrating fall where you are live. when i think fall, i think soups. i came to meijer innovati center. we have jen and danielle busy making soups. >> we have a couple of different versions of butternut soup here today. we have a healthy version over here made with vegetable stock this has margin in it. the in dull gent version is creamed out with cream cheese. a little bit thicker. a little bit more rich flavor then both of them have a ki yen pepper, white pepper, salt. >> let’s go to beginning. how dow start making the squash soup. is simple. this is a quick timesaver. we’ll start out with raw vegetables. a raw butternut squash then we have onion. you will peel, dice it up. let it roast at 350 then ad it to the pan, ad your chicken or vegetable stock. we’ll have onion in there. you are going mix it or vit in your blender, puree it. all right. we got a little something cookin
