and today….the 165th edition started. that’s where teresa weakley is tonight. we begin our coverage with h — teresa, what’s going on out there? canfield fair, what’s on your menu? for many, french fries, steak hoagies, and sausage sandwiches are all a must. roxann sebest takes us to one stand that’s has specialized in these fair favorites for more than 60 years. although hesitant to reveal her true age…shirley richardson assures us she’s been serving up food at the canfield fair for quite some time. her career actually started at age 14. it all started in 1950 with french fries, bu over the years, shirley diversified the family business. they first started wh richardson’s…then they added steak hoagies and sausage sandwiches at shirley’s… and even though she’s cut back on some of her work time, this matriarch spends almost 14 hours a day manning a stand at the canfield fair… an
