Sale of donuts benefits the Catholic Inner City Schools on both sides of the river
going on here at local 12 — and we need your help to decide the winner. it’s a donut war. the contenders are tim hedrick’s eye of the hurricane — a mint chocolate chip cake donut — and kit andrews’ maple hog — a donut with maple icing and a strip of bacon. i think we know which one gets bob’s vote. you can find the donuts at all busken and remke biggs locations throughout october. they cost a dollar 50 each — and all the proceeds go to the catholic inner city schools on both sides of the river, to help take a bite out of tuition. we’ll keep a running tab on who’s winning on our website, local 12 dot-com. now we have a fresh batch of donuts here this morning — so we’re going to do a good morning cincinati taste test. the time is now the time is now 6:—.
