>> this morning, we are making drinks inspired by produce and vegetables that you have around the garden this year. joing us is mixologist. things are wondering what to do with things around the garden, you can cook with it, but that’s not as much fun. >> we’re going to incorporate herbs. a basil plant. we’re going to show you what to do with it by making something called a basil gimlet. it’s kind of a throwback but bringing in those nice, fresh ingredients here, we’ve got nice, fresh basil today. we’re going to put the basil in there and fresh lime juice. traditional basil gimlet would have lime juice. >> just by you hitting that, you can smell. >> absolutely. let’s lighten up this whole beautiful garden area. it’s a beautiful thing. some people think gin, i’m not crazy about it, but any greet cent used in the right format is a beautiful thing. we’re going to add 2.5-ounces of hendricks
