to the kitchen with patrick and what’s on then menu touday. >> this is reat. there’s a lot of salmon, kevinal naylor from top of the bay is joing us this morning, he’s going to stuff it with all sorts of things and i’ve never heard of such a s thing. tell us how you’re going to prepare this.th >> we’re going to sautee the spinach, add grab meat, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, mix that altogether. put it on top. you know, last timnoe i was here, e, i said i promised i would make seafood. i tried to namee it salmon patrick and it doesn’t flow. we hav fe stuffed salmon with spinach and feta cheese. awe’ll take that, bake it in the oven, add the roasted red pepper, with the roasted cream sauce. >> glad you didn’t go with chicken of the sea and name it after me. how do you cook salmon, it’s a ick cut of fish. >> we’ll take the night, kind of like — >> you’re not going to roll it. >> go inside
