how to take dried door county cherries and turn them into a cherry salsa. we start with about a quarter cup of dried cherries. to that we’re going to add about another quarter cup of cherry preserves. we’re going to mix in a little yellow bell pepper, chopped up. some red onion. jalapeno. and for the jalapeno, you can either leave the seeds in if you like it a little spicy, or you can take the seeds out. now we’re going going to add a little bit of cilantro. about a teaspoon. of lime juice. and two teaspoons of red wine vinegar. a quick stir, mix it all in. there you have it. fresh, homemade cherry firecracker salsa. >> good, really good stuff. you can get the recipe
