We’re making Lobster Mac and Cheese with The Wharf Tavern.
>> we are in the rhode show kitchen with 1 of the road island staple restaurants everybody knows it’s the tavern. chef valasco is here today. we are making lobster mac and cheese. thank you for coming in it today. oo are this is an easy tish dish to make? >> it is on our summer insert. >> perfect. a big hit? >> so far. >> let’s tell everybody what they need to make this dish tonight? >> they need a little butter and flower to mix together. >> white pepper and dehydrated onion. yellow mustard to make it tanky. we are going to add cheese to it later on and add cheedz sauce. >> cheddar mozzarella. wifs it a nice flavor. then we put our lobster in there. once it is thickened up we add that. ritz cracker paprika. put it in the oven a couple minutes bubble it up. >> you would be good to go. >> this isn’t out of the box the kitchen. how is it going? >> it’s going well. i don’t know how we follo
