Cooking: Farm Stand Lobster
>> we are in the rhode show kitchen this morning. got a new chef, john here, and we’re making farm stand lobster, but that is not it, because you’ve been cooking a little bit already this morning. >> yes, i have. >> this is going to go ith the lobster. >> yes, i actually have been putting some smoked bacon, shallots and some cucumbers and finger willing potatoes. you can use any potatoes, cook it slowly, introduce the lobster to it, put the cream around it. >> and we’re good to go, okay. let’s tell everybody. you have a beautiful display of all the ingredients. explain what they need to make this, because as you said, you’re a professional. but you said this is very easy. >> yes, it is. i was going to try to demonstrate a little bit easier things that go along with this, but i had my lobsters and steamed this first, but you can take a pot of lobster, put water in, put the lobster in with
