good odmorning. we are going to head over to p patrick. hope you had you r cameras out. >> there’s no banas in then th kitchen this morning,or but mattat haist ist here from the capital grille and joining us this morning to talk about ak t runner’s meal, you need toyo have a good pregame snack and then a good meal in order to run, so what have you got? >> we’re going to do a nice dishic today, uy,nder 1,000 calories, which is runner friendly. it has only 21 grams of fat and seven of that i saturated, most of it coming from the olive oil, so it’s a healthy fat and 43 grams of protein g and 37 grams of carbs, definitely get you ready for a few good miles g stretch. >> what goesgo into the recipe? >> we’re going to do a grilled salad served oveser a chopped salary. artichoke hearts, fresh corn, tiny bit of cheese just to ofgivest you a little bit b of fat and then we’re going to t do a nice
