we are back in “the rhode show” kitchen. with me, two of my favorite guys, john granata from camille’s, joe zito, tv maitre d’. at’s danielle north over there. >> thanks, vince. afterthought over in the corner here. all right, we are actually making the dish. the dish. >> bucatini all’ amatriciana. it is an italian classic. >> do you know what that translates to? may i have seconds? >> and thirds. >> basically what we do is we started the dish a little ahead of time, we have pancetta and sliced bermuda onion and we’re sauteeing it. >> it smells great. >> john, what’s the prep time on something like this? >> it’s quick. this is the hardest part right here. we drop the pasta in the water, the bucatini, like when we were kids, we used to shoot peas through it. >> how long? >> it’s a seven minuteok time, we’re going to go five minutes, because we’re going to finish it in the sauce. so basica
