every once in while, this which is nice to do. >> yup, change it up. so what we’re doing is we’re going to do a chocolate hazelnut truffle tart. >> mmm! that’s my kind of dessert for a date night, you know? wow ‘em. >> oh, absolutely. and what we’re going to do is start by making our pie crust. now, this is a cross between your typical flaky pie crust and a short dough crust. >> okay. >> meaning it’s going to have a lot of butter. it’s going to have a little bit of sugar and a little bit of water to kind of bring it together. so it will be a little sweet, but super flakey. now, if you have a food processor it’s really easy to just pulse it in there, but not everybody does. so i busted out grandma’s — >> pastry blender? >> pastry blender. >> i have one of those. i’m going to heat some cream while you do that. >> this will be for the filling, so we have a cup of cream. >> heavy cream. >>
