we’re going to make our thai peanut chicken saute. we have a nice, hot pan with olive oil, and i julienned a four-ounce chicken breast. i’ve got that going. it’s almost done cooking. so now i’m getting ready to add in the rest of the ingredients. first i’m going to add half a cup of broccoli. now, this is a really good one. once you get into the vegetables, it goes really fast, so it’s good to have all your vegetables chopped up and ready to go before you start anything. and if you’re not used to tossing in the pan like i’m doing, this is really easily done with a spatula to stir it, to make everything, make sure everything’s cooking nice and evenly on all sides. now once the broccoli gets about half done, and the chicken is starting to brown, you’re going to add about a half a cup of red peppers. you can use the red peppers, whatever ones you like the flavor of. i’ve also taken about a
