>>> jeff mark fenton in is the kitchen. explain what you are making. >>> we are a meal assembly kitchen. people come — >> you provide all of the supplies. >> we do, absolutely. >> today we are going to make a glaze meat loaf. i’m going to start with the stuffing. in the bowl we got two kinds of croutons. today i’m going to add three tablespoons of melt butter. this half a cup of chicken broth, and in there, we are going to put a quart of cup of diced onions, and a quart of cup of celery and a half a tablespoon of sage, and a quarter spoon full of thyme. i’m going to mix all of that together. while i mix that, i’m going to tell you what i did with the turkey. >> the turkey was a pound 1/2 of ground turkey. what i did was added a teaspoon full of salt and half a teaspoon full of pepper and a couple of — a half a cup of bread crumbs. when i did is mix all of that together and packed it do
