>>> chef darrell cooking up a shrimp cocktail martini with watermelon salsa. >> what i’m going to do is take cilantro. we got to rough chop it, rough, rough chop it. >> cilantro as opposed to parsley. >> right, cilantro gives it a little bit of a caribbean zing, the asians use it. >>for those who don’t fancy the cilantro? >> use parsley. >> the next thing we’re going to do is take jalapeno. we use a quarte jalapeno. we are going to take the seeds out, but you can leave them out but it’s going to be spicy. and then we are going to chop that. >> i’ve gotten to the point where whenever i chop a pepper like that i wear rubber gloves, i rubbed my eye one time like that. it wasn’t pretty. >> yeah, it’s not pretty. you can’t do that. we take the rest and put it here. the next thing we want to do is take the watermelon down. the quarter of watermelon. >> how is watermelon now? >> it’s pretty goo
