>>> welcome back. i’m chef judy gallagher. today in my kitchen i get to be the tester. and mark has this great dish. we will talk in just a minute. >>> get started and tell us what we need to do. >>> judy, i got here a 3 shredded cooked chicken, already. >> to that i’m going to add all the things that i made today. >> beautiful. >> what we got here is a mayonnaise, i scoop that in there. >> okay. >> i have had these tuscan chicken and they are delicious. >> we have a quarter of cup of fresh pesto. >> and i can tell that that is homemade because it’s so bright and green. it smells beautiful, basil and garlic that goes into it. >> then we got a 3rd of a cup of chopped red onions and a 3rd of a cup of shopped red peppers. >> could you substitute turkey, say it’s near thanksgiving and you have cooked turkey and you have left overs. >> you could, and we also make a recipe with — >> oh, yum.
