comes judi gallagher is putting together a december certify. — dessert. blueberries are in with a vengeance, this in itself would make a great blueberry tart. i’m going are to have a pint of blueberries, and no more than a quarter of a cup of sugar. and as it cooks down we will add a little bit of water. we will simmer this for a half an hour. the blueberries as you go, and in last few minutes what we’re going to do is take a little slurry which is very cold water, blue or cornstarch mixed together in a separate bowl. you will whisk that in, and then you will make this blueberry sauce that will become very thick, okay. i will leave that to you. now let’s go over to the mix involved. i have mascarpone cheese. t call,y callian cream chees italian cream cheese. this is a nice organic brand. and they have it at fresh market. if you ha a tree that has a lot of mire lemmons, lemon curd is abo
