>>> chef from shore diner says that this dessert is better than creme brulee, and i believe him n this is one of the classics from french cuise. it’s acustard and it’s a baked custard. so we’re doing to show you how toake it. it’s a butterscotch, butter cream. we take about onistic of butter one stick ofbutter and we start melting it. >> this is not that many ingredients. >> no, it’s a very simple dish. anybody can make this at home. it’s 4-5 minutes. >> wow. >> we set that aside. while that butter is melting. we are going to take about three cups of brown sugar. >> okay. >> it could be light brown or dark brown. >> okay. >> and we just let that go in there. >> and we just basically stir that up. you’re going to see it start to melt with the butter over there. while that is melting away, we’re going to let that melt away for 5-6 minutes. >> okay. >> until all the sugar gets incorporated
