john. it’s the time of day when you want to do as little as possible. focus on the side dishes to grill up a chicken t to go with this. we’re going to take summer squash, and we’re league go get peels of that. you don’t want to go any deeper than two layers in, because you don’t want to get seeds in, but just peel it. this is so easy. and this is something that is child, and you can really let your kids in the kitchen do some peeling. we have the summer squash ask we have the zucchini, same thing, peel a few layers, don’t get as far as the seeds go, okay. so we have about a 2-1 ratio with the green and yellow, but whatever you like. i think it’s such a colorful dish. i’m going to add a mint shallot. we’re going to do some fresh lemon juice, of course, salt and pepper. and fresh ground pepper is always used and kosher salt, john, we can’t remind people enough about that, right. we really
