>>> we’re back in the kitchen with square one burgers and more. what are you cooking for us today. >>> back to the marinade. >> we’re taking a kebab? and the marinade for it you can make the day ahead. put the chicken in it and marinade overnight and you will ha ready for the fourth of july n this is our favorite dried italian salad dressing mix. put in a few cloves of garlic. a little bit of oregano. lemon, lemon juice, a little pepper and then it’s a little bit of oil in here and get this started. >> wait for the noise. >> it looks good. it’s doing its thing. >> do not adjust your set. >> and this is really, really a beautiful marinade and you can put this. i’m going to put more on this chicken that i already have in the skewer and let that set overnight. and oh, it’s just great. it’s great. and i at restaurant we are serving it with chicken thighs. you know the chicken thigh gets igno
