>>> judi gallagher is in the kitchen. >> you’re excited about the olives. >> i love olives. >> this is your dish. >> we share. >> deal. we are doing to make a mediterranean cumber, feta cheese and ma tomato salad. the first day we’re going to get a half a cup to 3 quarters of a cup of lemon juice from fresh squeezed lemons. i got to tell you, john. i have bought several different brands of what they consider fresh squeezed lemon juice and there’s nothing, it really is not. so use your fist or your juicer but use fresh lemon. we are going to add quality olive oil. look for the dark green. we want a richness, that has simple ingredients, lemon juice olive oil, and salt and pepper. now we’re going to give it nice ground sea salt. and we’re going to get some salt from the feta cheese as well so we don’t want to go too heavy on the salt. we can always readjust. in the end if you find that it’
