>> welcome back. we have chef judi gallagher in the kitchen today. and we all have the question, what do we do with all the leftovers? >> traditionally, a lot of people say let’s make soup. i love homemade soup. but the problem is, when you have leftover prime rib, it’s too elegant. >> who doesn’t have leftover prime rib? >> well, if you’re me and you have to have seven bones worth, you’ll have prime rib. let’s get started this ragout. it’s so easy. i have an onion cut up and three cloves of garlic. a small piece of the beef fat i’m rendering. the majority of the beef fat in the leftover prime rib you want to cut off. so once that’s nice and caramelized, we are going to make life so easy. we’re going to add baby carrots and a little celery. you can omit the celery if you want. i like the added vegetables. >> i don’t like celery. >> you don’t? >> in my food. but i will eat it. >> for you,
