>>> >>> so thanksgiving day, our menu is pretty set. but the day after thanksgiving. >> well, you know, linda a lot of people like me, other than that midnight turkey and stuffing sandwich, i like something completely different the next day, and this is a great example of what you can do on thanksgiving and christmas and hanukkah when you have a leftover turkey or roast beef. so i happen to have some ground beef so i’m browning about a pound of ground beef. yodon’t have to use ground beef, but i like the different textures, so i like to have that. but by al means you can just avoid that step and go right into your turkey. i’m going to use a half of a large chop right in with the meat. now, do you remember yesterday we made that beautiful glazed, cranberry glazed turkey breast. well, i have some slices left over, and in it goes. and it has that sweet glaze on top and we need a little suga
