>> chef andy bonner joins us now with the university park grill. which is at the university park club, right? >> it is. it’s a golf course up on university boulevard. >> play a nice game of golf, then come in and have some lunch lunch. >> what are yo making today? >> today we’re going to make spring chicken salad. this is one of the most popular salads on the menu. >> they often refer to me as spring chicken. >> they do? >> a what’s so funny, linda. >> we are going to get on this. don’t want to run out of time. what we have in here is baby lettuces. some romaine, some boston lettuce. little bibb lettuce, etcetera. i’m going to add to that some apples. >> what kind of apples? >> red and green. just really for color. some craisins. >> i love those. those are fantastic in a salad. >> some bleu cheese crumbs. as far as the bleu cheese goes, really, it’s up to you what brand or type you want
