>> well, welcome back everyone. i’m chef judi gallagher. i’m really excited today because we couldn’t talk any fresher vegetables than great organic vegetables picked from the garden at gocio elementary school. today i have antonio and anatelo, who are actually gardeners at the school, who are going to help me cook and tell us about the garden, right? okay. so anatelo, you brought in a lot of fresh collard greens. so i’m going to add, i washed these really well, with the help of both of you. we’re going to add them to a pan, with just a little olive oil. now, i’m going to add a little salt and pepper and let that cook for a minute or two. so, tell me about your garden. how big is it at school? >> 3,000 square feet. >> 3,000 square feet is a large amount of space for a began. is it hard to keep up with all that? >> a little bit. >> so what do you have to do for your chores to make your ga
