>>> chef judi gallagher is in the kitchen, and we are just making smells good. it just smells good. you don’t even have to have a name for it. >> we don’t have to have a name. exactly. who doesn’t like steak. who doesn’t like onions, garlic and bacon, and that’s what we’re going to do today, wendy. i’m making steak goulash. now, the thing about a steak goulash, we’re not making pot roast where we want a really high-quality steak so i went over to the butcher block and i got them to cut me a three-pound hand cut sirloin steak, gorgeous, and i just trimmed it down to about a two-inch cut. i’m going to toss it in a bag that has a little flour, kosher salt, black pepper, pinch of garlic salt, which i love that flavoring, and again a little more paprika, toss it all around, and i’ve cooked bacon that’s resting over there, right? >> oh, just the aromas in this place. people are flocking. >> th
