Cheese Souffle

green lodge. we’re going to make one of our favorite breakfast entrees, cheese souffle, like everything here, it’s so simple. we’re going to start with eight ounces of cream chese. and i like to use the nok chatel cream chese, which is light. we have seven he is. going to add two cups of sour cream, or a whole 16-ounce container of sour cream. i use light sour cream again. we have saved a few calories, even on sinful things. we have a half a cup of flour. a tablespoon of baking powder. one cup of milk. and we also have a teaspoon of prepared dried yellow mustard. what we’re going to do is we’re going to mix that first. get that going. this is one of those recipes that you can do in the morning when you’re having company, and just let it go. start this slowly. while we’re doing that, i’m going to take a 9 by 13 pan and just spray that. and let this just kind of mix until that cream cheese
