good morning, we’re going to show you how to make our carrot cake cupcakes. first we are flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. and our second bowl we are going to put our sugar, our oil, vanilla, and four eggs. we’ll mix that up. and then add our flour ingredients. and now we’re going to combine our pineapple, our carrots, our raisins, and our pecans. and we’re going to mix that up. and after that’s mixed up we’re going to scoop it into our muffin tins. about three quarters full. and when it’s done this what our cupcakes look like. and then we’re going to decorate one today. use our cream cheese frosting. we roll in it a little bit of pecans. and then we make our pears. we hope you’ll stop by door county coffee and try our carrot cake muffins, or try them at home. >> aren’t
