Did you know that?nnI did now.nnI am going to share a family recipe, perfect summer recipe and the beauty is there is not a whole lot of dishes. You need a cutting board and knife and mixing bowl.nnI can use my kitchen counter.nnYou know my thing. I have done this now a couple of times. I like easy, simple recipes. I like few ingredients. If there’s ten ingredients or more i normally don’t make it. Too much trouble.nnThat’s a good thing. Anymore than that, do you realy taste it? No.nnSo in here is the chicken. What i did to make it more easy is i bought a fully-cooked rotisserie chicken. I didn’t even have to cook it.nnWas that the noise you chopping the chicken?nnI did the hard work, not hard but time-consuming.
