Mixologis, Matthew Pfohl, from Pallet Bistro make yummy summer drinks
>> we have palet bistro, you are a mixologist. >> humble bartender. >> mixologists only live in l.a. >> mixologist part of it makes me go, what do you do. >> did you come up with these drinks. >> yeah. the one we are about to have a pair lime physician is an original. fizz. >> that so sounds summery. >> if you can’t drink, pregnant, we will give you something else to drink besides a coke or diet coke or lemonade. >> let’s make it. >> we will start with three tablespoons — this is house made puree, low in sugar. half dozen of pear with four ounces of water and three tablespoons of sugar. go to let the natural flavors from the pear come out. we will do an ounce of lime juice to add some tartness to it. this is madagascar vanilla bean simple syrup. it gets this beautiful subtle swtness to it. >> can i smell that? >> absolutely. you can dip your finger in there. >> can i waterfall this. >>
