Back by popular demand our dear friend Matthew Scott joins us to share his reciepe for; Buzzed up Chili.nnSteep & Brew Chilinn2 T oilnn1 Medium Onion(diced)nn2 Cloves Garlic(minced)nn3T Chili Powdernn2T Cuminnn2tsp Oreganonn2 Chipotle Peppers packed in Adobo(diced)nn1 15 oz Can Black Beansn1 15 oz Can Pinto Beansnn1 14 oz Can Tomatoes with green chiliesnn1T Brown Sugarnn8 oz Steep & Brew Coffeenn8 oz Beef StocknnSalt and Pepper to tastenn nnHeat 2 T oil in a pot. Saute onion until soft and translucent. Add Garlic and saute 1-2 min more. Add Chili powder, Cumin, Oregano, and Chipotle Peppers and mix well allowing all flavors to blend together. Add beans, tomatoes, brown sugar,Steep & Brew Coffee, and beef stock. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer on low for 30 minutes.
