>> shawn: welcome back to the “the morning blend.” many of us are still trying to stick to new year’s resolutions but nearly 97% are not fulfilled ever. don’t beat yourself up. small changes can help you feel better right away. to show us more on how to do this, bridgette raes. it’s awesome to see you. >> great to see you. >> shawn: so here’s the situation. first we have to rember, when we trying to follow through, we immediately make the resolution and expect it to not work. >> exactly. the problem is that we try to take it all out in one bite. i want to be 30 pounds lighter tomorrow. but two pounds this week would be reasonable. so the goal is to start small and take smaller steps to work towards those things. >> shawn: how can we have the life we want with the one we have? is there an even trade? > it’s starting with small things. weight loss, big goal for a lot of people. myself incl
