Bleu Cheese Crostini

Wine Premiere shows us a recipe for Pear & Bleu Cheese Crostini
pare crostini. >> we’re marinating the pear in port. i sliced the pear into 24 in this slices and drizzled port wine on it. it’s marinating in the port. you can use this about any kind of pear that you like. a firmer pear works better. you don’t want it to get too soggy. the crispness is really what makes this amazing. then i’m going to take some crumbley blue cheese and put it into food processer. into that, i’m going to add some more port wine. more port wine, the better for this recipe. so we’re going to drizzle port wine that i’ve already put in this little bowl in here. we’re going to put this in the food processer. get it nice and smooth. if you need, to you can add just a little bit more port. you can’t add to much. that smells good. then i’m going to take a little crostini, and spread some of this port and bleu cheese mixture. that smells good. this is going to be the flavor and
