ow blackened salmon with our mandarin orange and brown sugar risotto topped with our strawberry salsament we’re going to take our salmon. i’m blackening this this. what’s in here is garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, a little bit of cayenne. we’re going to make sure our pan is nice and hot. so you get a nice sear. so i’m going to show you how to make our strawberry salsa. this is two strawberries cut up, going to put some diced red onion in here. a little bit of green onion about, a tablespoon of that. a tablespoon of cilantro. two tablespoons of green pepper. put some orange juice in there. a little bit of zip. and put some jalapeno in there. goinggoing to finish it off with some fresh-squeezed lime juice. we’re just going to mix this around. this will be be our fresh salsa for our blackened salmon. now we’re going to take the salmon out of the oven. nice and seasoned.
