You might have heard the saying “it takes a village to raise a child.”n Well sometimes, it takes all those children to help you run a restaurant.n In this week’s Best Bites, we’re introducing you to an Albuquerque cafe that puts a whole new spin on family dining.n Daniel and Suzie Baca named Z S & T’s after their three kids.n “Over here I have Zachary, Sean, and Trevor. Z S & T’s. That’s my boys,” Daniel says, referring to his sons, who all work at the restaurant.n Childhood pictures of Zachary, Sean, and Trevor are also plastered all over the restaurant.n “We knew we wanted to name our restaurant after our children and we knew it would be for our children and about our family, so we names it Z S & T’s,” says Suzie.n “We want people to come in here and feel like they are part of a family and that’s what they want.
