>> welcome back to “san antonio living.” back on may 21, the american pork producers donated pounds and pounds of park to the san antonio foot bank and a part of this donation was a big pork cook-off food fest, and we have the winner with us here, to tell us a little bit more about how these two tngs go hand in hand, nice to meet you! now, rudy, tell me about the big cook-off because you got a big donation from the pork council and you wanted to make a big event out of it. >> the pork council decided to see what local chefs in the community could bring together to use this pork and in response they donated 500 pounds of park to us and we turned into 2,500 meals out of it. >> 2,500 meals you were able to create, that is amazing. pork was toppingers and tops and so let’s talk about this. >> i was trying to get my wife t pork because she said she didn’t like it and so i came up with this re
