no heavy cream today. michaela, what’s happening? >> there’s no heavy cream in the kitchen. we’re here with dr. deb for this buildealthy kids drive, i guess, that they’re trying to initiate here. you’re back, thanks for jsoining us and tell us what we’re making. >> we’re maked roasted vegetable cooscoos, because this month it’s all about switching to whole grain. the one i’m making todayin has butternut squash and zucchini. you can get your little onesne there. >> literally kid sized. pretty much anything you have in your fridge. >> you chop it up, put u it in the i oven and grab a whole grain. today i’m using a brown rice cooscoos. >> and a why are whole grains so important to incorporating in to your diet?ie >> because you need kids to get used to the taste and texture of the whole grain and when you strip away all the fiber, there goes their nutritional health. >> you said one change.
