>> hi, i’m chef sherry with the food channel. when you have an abundance of vegetables in your garden, try this cool and refreshing soup. let’s make some. gzpacho. cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions. start doing a rough chop of the vegetables. one by one using a food processer, pulse until chopped. not pure. now we’re going to mince the garlic. pour tomato juice. red wine vinegar. olive oil and a good amount of salt and pepper. now i like to add in fresh chopped parsley to finish it off. mix well and let it chill before serving. just gets better the longer it sits. great with grilled shrimp and hot crusty bread. hit up your garden or the farmer’s market for this seasonal
