you, chocolate is the way to my heart. so i am very excited to be here talking about this. tell us what you’re making today. >> today i’m going to be demonstrating three different kind of chocolate bars. a curry and pistachio and a march con a almond. these are unusual combinations. how do you know which ones to put together. >> curry with chocolate. >> it’s about paring the ingredients that are going to not spoil each other before you are out of the chocolate. >> it’s always good to get somebody who has had the experience to make sure you have the right paring. what you have done here is you have melted some chocolate. >> that is about six bars of chocolate about 21-ounces. >> you could drink this and you would be drinking six bars. that would be a bad idea. not recommended. >> i didn’t have a double boiler, so you can take an ordinary pot and fill it a 3rd OF THE WAY UP WITH water, and
