The Texas Chef Stan McDonald is back, and this time he’s whipping up Texas-style Chicken & Sausage Gumbo.
>> welcome back took concho valley live. we hope became hungry. i enjoyed once again by the texas chef. welcome back to concho valley live.>> thank you very much. i’m very happy to be here. >> you always make something scriptures and delicious for us. what is it that you were to be preparing? >> today, we are gonna make chicken and venison sausage and pork combo. end that sounds yummy. >> you likable? you are in for a treat. the verse they were gonna do i have some butter in here. there is about two tablespoons of butter in the pan. i have it over medium-high heat. we are going to start adding our vegetables first. this is one small onion that has been diced. then right here i have half of the green bell pepper and half of red bell pepper that has been diced. that will go in there too. right over here we have garlic. you can have enough garlic. i have about a tablespoon to two tablespoon
