Octopus Salad
Octopus Salad is a simple salad, served either cold or warm features braised or chargrilled octopus. Often served in a light style vinaigrette often made with red wine vinegar. Octopus Salad can be served with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and fresh herbs like parsley, thyme and lemon.
