Asian Salad

Asian salad is a generic term for a salad featuring Asian style ingredients such as noodles, papaya, cabbage, carrots, mung beans, peanuts and cashews to name a few. The salad can also include meats and seafoods like chicken, beef, shrimp or octopus. Asian salad dressings usually include flavours like cilantro (coriander), kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, fish sauce and sesame oil.
